Financials: The payment Schedule for the Terraza Costa Del Sol development as below:

Reservation Fees: 5% ûrchase price required immediately to reserve the unit and freeze price.

Deposit: 25% 1-2 Months after the initial reservation on signing of PPC (Private purchase Contract). A mortgage can be arranged to cover the 30%  deposit structure on private contract then revised on completion for new valuation.

Completion: 70% on completion by cash or revised mortgage, Summer 2008.

Rental guarantees: Rental revenues 4% paid annually. No additional costs to pay that are normally associated with normal rental ownership, no community charges, water, electric, insurance, etc.
