Our Firm

Based in Marbella, we are a highly qualified English-speaking law firm and tax /accounts consultancy with over 20 years experience in providing comprehensive and accurate advice to foreign clients whether they are buying a holiday home in the area or moving here indefinitely for retirement or business purposes.

As most of the matters in which we represent our clients require both legal and tax advice, we have found that by obtaining both these services from under one roof, they receive consistent and clear information regarding the business in hand and are therefore supplied with the overall picture from the start.

Our Fees

Our fees are extremely competitive in comparison to other law firms, ensuring our clients receive a top service at a reasonable cost (i.e.: most law firms charge 1% of the total sales/purchase price for their intervention in a straightforward property deal, while we charge only 0,5% because we believe this is a more realistic fee for the type of work involved).
